I founded Baltreiss together with the other shareholders about 12 years ago. It is very satisfying to see the seed you sowed grow into a big tree. Baltreiss, on the other hand, has groomed me well and I have gained a lot of wisdom all on running an impeccable organisation within these twelve years.

I studied Engineering at the Riga Technical University. I am a real soviet Engineer, trained in the philosophy of building everything to last, solid, durable and made of genuine materials. That spirit is still alive in our policies at Baltreiss today. Everything we do, we do it to last a long time, every relationship we build we build it to remain for good and when we look for staff to work with, we seek the very best.

Our purpose is to create a pleasant working environment both for ourselves and for others.

As the Director of the company, I seek to bring out the talent in people, helping them to work an develop, I work to make sure that my staff is very happy with their jobs by creating a friendly atmosphere and team spirit, I understand that the job satisfaction of staff translates for customer satisfaction which is our ultimate goal.

I suppose our success is made possible by the people who believed in us from day one. First of all, our clients who trust us to deliver their shipments on time and importantly, the people who joined our team and stayed with us for a long time and perform their best for the success of the company.
